Tom Bates graduated from TCU with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Accounting, class of 2001.
Tom has over 10 years experience in home building and is responsible for all construction.

Tim Bates, Co-Owner
Tim graduated from TCU with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in mathematics, class of 2003 and an
MBA in the Spring of 2008. He brings the analytical background from engineering and combines it with
the business savvy from an MBA degree to help with sales, finance, and business development.

Jeremy Moore, Building Supervisor
Jeremy graduated from Tarleton State University with a BS in finance, class of 1997. He brings over 13 years
of custom home buiding experience to the team. Jeremy will serve as a construction supervisor and
works with Tom to oversee construction.

Kerrie graduated with honors from McNeese State in 1998 with a BS in Education. She is primarily responsible for
accounting and administrative duties.
