Tom Bates, President
Tom Bates graduated from TCU with a BBA in Finance and a minor in Accounting, class of 2001.
After gradutation, he worked as a home builder for the 11th largest home builder nationwide
where he focused on their higher end homes.
He was named Builder of the Year for the Dallas-Fort Worth region two consecutive years for his
exceptional home building expertise and rapport with customers. With Glendarroch Homes he oversees
all construction.

Tim Bates, CFO
Tim graduated from TCU with a BS in Mechanical Engineering and a minor in mathematics, class of 2003 and an
MBA in the Spring of 2008. He has He has worked with the company since 2006 and started full time
in 2008. He is primarily responsible for sales, finance, accounting and business development.

Jeremy Moore, Building Supervisor
Jeremy graduated from Tarleton State University with a BS in finance, class of 1997. He brings over 12 years
of custom home buiding experience to the team. Jeremy will serve as a construction supervisor and
works with Tom to oversee construction.

Kerrie Tilton, Accounting
Kerrie graduated with honors from McNeese State in 1998 with a BS in Education. She is primarily responsible for
accounting and administrative duties.
